OneDrive only functions if you have a Microsoft Account. So, the question is: Can I REMOVE this"Default.migrated" folder SAFELY? You can leave it alone, as it contains migrated user settings and data. I now simply cannot live without at least the Mail App, it's incredibly simple and at the same time so handy and practical.
I don't think it would fix all the problems, but would it make things worse? I have never seen Windows in any version since Windows 7 (my recollection prior to 7 is not as clear) do anything but that. You can try doing this yourself.
